Our Seasonal Co-op Community
Four Seasons of Celebration. Friendship All Year.
Welcome! We are so happy you found us. Our Sunflower Story Garden homeschool co-op brings families together for four Seasonal Faires, with a vibrant private online community to keep friendships growing between celebrations.
We love the tradition of neighbours gathering as the seasons turn: shared food, music, handmade treasures, stories and time for children to play. Our Faires bring that spirit into family life today, with potlucks, games, poetry, optional craft swaps and member artwork.
Come Share the Seasons
Autumn is planned for mid-November in Mobile County with a lantern craft and lantern walk; Winter before Christmas break near Fairhope; Spring in March near Gulf Shores; and a Summer Kick-off near May Day in Pensacola. All dates, times and parks are TBA.
Seasonal Faires are free gatherings for approved Sunflower Story Garden co-op members and their households. They are private events; membership approval and an RSVP are required. Parents stay with and supervise their children. Any park entry or parking fees will be announced.
Our Online Garden
Ask questions, share creative discoveries, exchange seasonal ideas, organize a craft swap or suggest an informal playground meetup. Our private Mighty community offers a welcoming place to know other homeschooling families throughout the year.
Bring the Stories Home
Our Sunflower Story Garden Virtual Homeschool Co-op adds seasonal story chapters, puppet plays, themed weekly homeschool lessons, coordinated arts and crafts, nature study and Waldorf-inspired nature tables. This curriculum subscription is separate from admission to local gatherings.
